Return & Exchange Policy

At Amadu Prints, every piece is custom-made and produced in limited editions, ensuring the highest quality and exclusivity. Because of this, returns are not accepted. However, we understand that purchasing art is a personal experience, and we want you to love your piece.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible orders. If you would like to exchange your print for another piece, please contact us within this window. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any price differences will be settled at the time of exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

All bespoke commissions and custom artwork sales are final and not eligible for exchange.
